I had a heart ablation performed by Dr. Trivedi and he wad absolutely amazing. He put my mind at ease a lot. I had so many nurses that I dont remember their names but everyone was so amazing! The anesthesiologist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Top tier from everyone on my team.
Was admitted as a direct admit, the hospital did not request a prior authorization from insurance (which my policy requires so for my stay for a very expensive treatment prior to my arrival. I was under the impression they had completed that and received authorization prior to my admission. I was informed later that evening that I did not actually have an approval in place but the doctors and hospital attempted to force me to go ahead with the treatment because “It should get approved, if it does not we can worry about that ... read more
