I have many experiences with the medical system through my career, my own health needs, and family members and I've never run into such wildly incompetent care as I did this past week when my mom had a stroke and ended up at PVH. The good: the nurses for the most part were excellent and kind. The speech therapist was the only therapist who she saw that did a thorough evaluation. The rest were cursory. No help wouldn't even get me a wheelchair to leave Another nurse recommended I go to Mcr and see Another doctor

During my husband's 2 week hospitalization, we received the most amazing care from every nurse, CNA and doctor we encountered. Their skill and loving care made a difficult time bearable. Each caregiver gave us unending support and kindness. I am so grateful that there is such a great hospital nearby .

I've been to the Poudre Valley ED and have all the respect for the work they do. They are professional and concerned about a patients health. This includes the other departments as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my wife and myself.
