This clinic is more like a factory, patients are products that are seen whenever. Systemically late, I waited 15, 20 and up to 50 minutes after my appointment times. Every time. The MA's (RN's if you're lucky) run the show, since surgeons and PA's must be too busy doing other things. I got to spend 5 minutes with a PA last time. No complaints about the reception staff, friendly and efficient, nor about the surgery although it was only 7 weeks ago. I made an appointment over a month ago. I was told I needed to have my physical therapy notes which were sent and I had to have a BMI of less than 35. When I first called I waited until I lost weight as I knew I was going on Mounjaro and I would lose the weight. Once I was less than 35 I made the appointment and I was told my medical notes says I weigh too much and I explained that I had not updated my medical notes with a new appointment but that I was going in a couple of weeks. The front desk employees are kind. the wait was longer than normal due to an emergency so i can't fault them. front desk ladies eating take out food at their desks and the entire waiting room reeked of it. no ventilation in there.
Very great staff and surgical team but they don't care if your in pain and was forced to buy pain medication off the streets to be able to sleep my face was fractured and 3 fractured ribs
I’m glad they have a different office staff, the one before was absolutely terrible. The new PA is great! Dr. Stacey Wong is an amazing doctor and her bedside manner is on another level, I highly recommend her!
