Dr. Deleyiannis and his whole team were absolutely amazing! He really listened, explained, and was sympathetic about my previous experience being misdiagnosed. His team, Sara and Brittany in particular, were very kind and followed up quickly with me with my concerns about who I had to be referred to. I appreciate him being sure I get the best care even after I wouldn’t be his patient anymore.
Dr Todd is so dismissive. I have had reoccurring ear infections for almost a year. I finally get sent to him. He looks in my ears, tells me yeah I can see you have had some ear infections. Wants to repeat a hearing loss test that I’ve done two years ago and passed with no problems and wants me to follow up with him when I feel another air infection come on because he wants to see it .
