Terrific staff and clinical PT operation.
Terrific staff and clinical PT operation.
The staff and facility were great. I have no complaints about the services offered, and they seem in line with other Physical Therapy experiences I have had. But be warned, if you pay out of pocket, their charges are exponentially higher than other facilities. I am being billed over $300 for a 45 minute session. Two sessions a week, that's almost $700 for 1.5 hours of PT. I will be going elsewhere.
Irene is wonderful! She takes a lot of time to listen, to ensure she understands the concerns, she ensures your questions are answered, and needs are met! Donna, Sandra, and Serena with scheduling are patient and friendly as well. Update June 2022- Continue to be so happy with this facility! They are busy, for sure. And sometimes you have to wait for an appointment, but it is so worth not having to drive down to the Springs!
