The facility is decent. Most Physical Trainers are highly professional. I did however have a negative experience with Kelly K. While working with her she let me know that her day was strange because she didn’t like cancellation or late check ins. Mid session while I was on my back doing an exercise she ask me, “If I really wanted to be doing this?” Not only did I take the time out of my day, I postponed work and am paying a hefty premium after insurance, my goal is to try to get back to normal life post surgery. Great team. Great set up. They helped mitigate a back issue in months that other medical teams had failed to diagnose over the course of several years.
Shoutout to Judy, who scheduled my appointment for certified hand therapy and "flipped" the order so it went to UC Health instead of the initial ortho rehab center. Judy checked four locations to find me the first available appointment.
