My doctor prescribed clonazepam on March 3. I was told I couldn’t pick it up until March 9th. I came in March 9th, and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day March 10th. I came back March 10th and it had not been filled. The pharmacist representative said because it was a controlled substance, they couldn’t fill it until 3 days before it could be picked up. They were very good to deal with and they were nice so we changed from the old pharmacy to them I like the pharmacy staff; they are very respectful and kind.
