Rude and far from great customer service on the phone regarding simple questions surrounding the status of a medication. Would not recommend.
Doesn’t fill when they say they will. Tells patients one thing and providers another making it so difficult to plan.
I transferred my prescriptions here after I started seeing doctors within the UCHealth system, and it has truly been a gold-standard experience. While I found them through my doctors, you don't have to be a UCHealth patient to use them — and I highly recommend you do.
