Receptionist is incompetent
It gains one star for the lady that supposedly made my appointment for surgery. I rearranged my entire life for a month to see that I got this surgery only to show up and know that it was just a screening. If I would’ve been told that I wouldn’t have changed my entire month. But I was Expecting that I was gonna have surgery that day. What poor communication’s place has I will not be returning..
