RIDICULOUS!!They did absolutely nothing for me, and I had to pay out of pocket $250
You just wait and wait! They DO NOT communicate! They tell you they will call back later that day and you hear nothing, and nothing…until you call back and repeat process! EVERY OTHER UC Health facility I go to is not like this. They take FOREVER to get referrals and other requested information to the referred office. And, PA Jennifer acts like she dislikes you from the time she enters your room. So very disappointing because I really like my care at UC Health.
That was ridiculous experience because, in fact, there was no experience at all. We had an appointment for myself because of my pinched nerve and pain in my arm. We did online check-in (that should be already clear indication that we are going to come) but we were late for 8-10 minutes because we have a small kid (less than 2 years) and children are always unpredictable.
