Does not listen did not get pre authorization even though my appt was set 2 months out and just pushed knee replacement and attitude for wanting the knee shots had pay out of pocket. Horrible place
I had surgery on the 13th of January 2026 didn't get pain medicine for almost 5 days later after being released Then it was hard to get a refill for more pain medicine because it was a low dosage coming out of the hospital. After being on fentanyl and morphine and all the top narcotics it left me with 5 mg pain medicine but I think the hospital Dr was the writer of the 1st prescription and then I couldn't get a higher dosage being that's all they will write it for?
