Unsyphathetic staff, since the beginning I did not feel welcome. There was definitely prejudice and judgement. I was left partially fixed. Communication is extremely poor.
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable in all the facets of limb restoration (LKDA, PLP, etc). Everyone was extremely nice, caring and patient. I highly recommend this practice
Dr. Melton is the best of the best. She is knowledgeable and dedicated and she always manages to get me the best prosthetic possible regardless of insurance issues.
