Poor excuse for the neurologist Dr Patel. He prescribed a migraine medication that needs pre-authorization and it's been 16 days since he prescribed it on October 8th 2025. The pharmacy and nurse have reached out to him with no response. Patients should not have to go through this kind of treatment. Really pathetic. Update: Dr Patel's Neurologist nurse gets back to the pharmacy and cancels the prescription he first prescribed on October 8th because he is to lazy to call and get it authorized with my insurance. My dr prescribed a new migraine Rx, which needs prior auth from my insurance co. The phcy sent 7 notifications in 10 days to the dr to initiate prior auth. I sent 3 messages to dr to ask about the prior auth and a request to talk to clinic mgr. No response and prior auth not yet started, and we are almost 2 weeks out. Horrible customer service and communication. Also received a message intended for another patient in my messages. Very unprofessional and HIPAA violation.
Staff is fine. Dr is knowledgeable but eccentric and not very user friendly. I would not recommend
