My daughter spent a little over 80 days in this place and I have NEVER regret anything more than being transferred to this God awful nicu that completely set her back. I’m a young first time mom I had my baby at 27 weeks, I was under immense stress about my child and the staff here made my life HELL. My daughter ended up in the NICU after being born preterm at 34 weeks. The NICU team was absolutely phenomenal. She spent 4 weeks exact in the NICU and we left with so much helpful information and tips. They made sure we had everything we needed prior to discharge and throughout her stay they kept us informed on every aspect of her care. The staff is some of the nicest people I’ve met and im truly grateful for everything they did for not only my daughter, but for my family in general as well.
My son was two months early and has been staying here since 7/16. The nurses are so compassionate and caring towards me and my son. I feel safe and secure having him here. I sleep here most nights with him and they make sure to check on me too. I’m so glad I picked here for him to stay and grow
