My PCP closed her office this last spring so I’ve been looking for a new Dr. I heard about Dr Ayer and had to wait almost 3 months to get in to see him but the wait was so worth it!!! Felt so cared for and listened to. Dr Ayer was unrushed, didn’t miss anything in my record and it was obvious he was there to help get to the bottom of a very complex medical history. I feel so blessed to have found Dr Ayer.

I can't began to think of Doctor Ayer being a horrible experience. Sometimes people may expect way too much more than a doctor can give or when something goes wrong the doctor is first at blame. No one really knows, but while I was going through doctors who basicaly was a horrible experience, I found my old doctor and told him I was lost without him and could'nt find a decent good doctor. You might have a longer-than-expected time in the waiting room, but that means Dr. Ayer is actually spending time with his patients and not rushing them so he can get to the next one. He'll also spend quality time with you, really listen to your concerns, and work diligently to diagnose what ails ya. Highly recommended.
I have had Dr Ayer as my PCP for over a decade and have not wanted another - he is absolutely superior! In other reviews here, some have noted that '...scheduling can be' tricky... Well, I've reconciled to that fact as a consequence of Dr. Ayer's extreme compassion and thoroughness and whole-care approach and not just 'throwing pills at it'! It's no wonder he's in such great demand! Thanks, Dr. Ayer for all you have done for me!
