Gross incompetence with scheduling. Scheduled an appointment at 1pm and was told to go to the wrong CU physician office (Folsom instead of Arapahoe). When I rushed to the correct office, I was told i couldn't be seen because I was 11 minutes late. After they messed up the appointment, and refusing to check me in, they offered to reschedule for three weeks out... To check for a fractured foot. Three weeks later. Waste of time-- went to urgent care.
I haven't visited this doctor yet but I've been on the phone trying to make an appointment for more than 30min. When a representative responds and says that she's transferring, she sends me back to the waiting loop for another... 30min? Either they are understaffed or aren't very competent.
