The care is very good...if you can get the doctors to respond. UCHealth defers all communication to their on-line portal. It took over a month for them to upload my clinic notes after a tele-health appointment, and that is only after I hounded them to get them uploaded. I e-mailed and called to get a different medication because the one prescribed did not agree with me. I am now on three weeks of waiting for a reply. I have called and used the portal.
