Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated during an ER visit for a brain tumor on July 27th. If these people don’t like working with others they should have chose a different career path. All the staff were horrible from the front desk all the way until the doctor. Healthcare is no longer about saving lives and it’s obvious. The NP is charge of ordering my labs didn’t inform me of the plan of action and when I started asking questions she would storm back in the room with an attitude. I nvr thought I’d have to rate a hospital. 2 week’s ago I went to emergency because I broke a toe and fractured the other. Walked in and at front desk they were all sitting feet prior on counter all in their phone. Then forgot desk and they all stopped to look at me. Uncomfortable. Told them the problem and the as seated for vitals. Half hour they pulled me to do vitals. Went back wait 45min for them to X-ray me. Did that, walked back to waiting room. EDIT 7/21/26 Nichole is amazing in the chemo unit… such a pleasure to be working with her! 03/10/2026 My Father was recently diagnosed with cancer. We’re in the beginning stages of everything- so as we continue with care here, I will update my review. Today we brought him to get his Chemo Port procedure. Everyone at the main check in desk are always kind & smiling. Once we were checked into the back, our nurse was very very sweet. She was shorter, had glasses, dark hair with blonde underneath. A fantastic hospital! My husband and father & law have been seen here and they do a fabulous job! No long waits which is amazing! Also I had my two babies at this hospital and was given such great care! 10/10!

After a HORRIBLE experience at Common Spirit/St Francis off of Woodmen just hours earlier, we brought my mother to UCHealth North. It was a night and day experience. The ER dr at Common Spirit had no idea what was wrong with my mom (and did little to try to figure it out) and after hours we finally ended up at UC Health. It took the ER dr a short time to know exactly what the cause was. The contrast between these two experiences could not have been greater.
