Asked for a referral for an endocrinologist for diabetes at my appointment, but was referred to an educator, not the endo. When I called to get the correct referral, was gaslit by the receptionist until i almost lost it. Good Dr., but horrible staff.
Extremely professional. Her care and attention to patient needs is exemplary. She builds trust from the first encounter.
Fantastic first impressions! The Steele Street clinic, the nurse and the receptionists were all warm, welcoming and personable. Dr. Chiang was fantastic to talk with and gave me some great insights and recommendations. I would recommend her and the Steele Street clinic to anyone!
