My wife and I were informed today that Mark has resigned from his position at this location. This is very sad as he was always good to me, this is the second time that a doctor has left this practice when we have built a relationship with them. 5 stars for the providers but zero stars for UC Health that they can not keep good providers.
Wish there were more stars...5 isn't enough. Can't say enough good things about Mark. Several years ago I had been to various Dr's 5 weekends out of 6 because of a horrible cough and upper respiratory issue. None could figure it out until I went to Mark. He almost immediately knew what I needed and he was right. Haven't seen another Dr since then. Mark has a great sense of humor and will spend as much time as is needed with patients.
Very detailed and knowledgeable. Also very quick and too the point.
I am only 39 and have a significant medical history which requires a doctor with extensive medical knowledge. I have visited several world renowned doctors and specialist in my past across the country and have found some to be very attentive and knowledgeable. However, both Doctor Jodie Mesa and Mark Smith have made a significant impression on me !
