Since the move to UC Health, a basic nonmedical eye exam requires a doctor in addition to the technician. Without warning, this added a $500 charge and an extra "facility fee" to the bill. Overall fee is now triple what I used to pay, with no advance notice. Trust is gone. I will never patronize this medical practice again.
