My husband and I have both seen Dr. Brown for a few skin issues, each. She is very knowledgable and each time we've seen her has taken the time to explain the condition, our treatment options, and the post-operative care needed as well as making a recommendation for our care that we trust. With a history of skin cancer in both of our families, we feel we are in great hands in what will be a lifelong relationship. Worst appt scheduling staff I've ever experienced. These people are atrociously inconsiderate and rather dumb, to put it simply. They kept telling me they would call me back to set an appt and after a month of patiently waiting FOR A CANCER BIOPSY they conveyed to me that they had screwed up and basically had no record of me calling in requesting an appt. I wouldn't trust these people to turn a light switch on. And whoever Takia in scheduling is....may God have mercy on her miserable moronic soul, or lack there of. Go somewh... read more
Dr. Brown is excellent. She performed a procedure on me that I was quite anxious about and she was very kind and reassuring, talking me through what to expect. She was fabulous and the results were great.
