Everyone was sooo kind which put so many nerves at ease. Shout out to Tina, my other intake nurse (sorry can’t remember your name!), Dr. Erich, Morgan, and Dr. Birch.
S was very uncomfortable with the male tech in the BDC. A woman should have the right to request a female tech or be informed so she can refuse a male. This male had terrible body odor. Why doesn't a supervisor step in?

As a nurse and a provider I would stay away from this facility. Horrible communication. And we all know why. CEO's and their directors getting too much $$ thrown at them versus hiring enough staff to be able to give patients a good experience. This is healthcare everywhere. Too top heavy and asking staff to do unrealistic jobs that are not humanely possible due to short staffing so the CEOs can pad their pockets. No wonder some Longmont nurses formed a union. ETA Again: We got the refund. 5 months after the service. They get a star back for actually doing it. ETA: Another month and I still don't have my refund. The facility is fine and the medical staff are great. My problem is with the billing and claims process. They require payment for service based on insurance estimate up front and that was our entire $2000 deductible. I paid it. What other option is there?
