Pleasant and helpful staff from check in to the physician. Stop and smell the flowers out front--they're real and they're spectacular (Seinfeld reference).
Super disappointed in this medical center. I show up for an appointment at 2:05pm. The appointment is at 2:15pm. I get a call right as I am parking explaining how the provider is stuck in a surgery and they knew far in advance. I could’ve received a call hours prior to my appointment. Then the woman on the phone said that to book another appointment, there would not be availability until the end of May/June… I have waited 3 months for this appointment.
