I would not recommend Dr. Meredith. He blew off my symptoms on my first visit. I ended up in the SPCU due to a lack of attention. When I disagreed with him and requested a new doctor. His office refused to let me get a 2nd opinion with another doctor.
He should lose his license. Do NOT see him if you have severe RLS. First of all, he refused iron infusions, which caused me an extra year of agonizing over-medicated hell (remedied by a competent hematologist who started me an iron infusions immediately). He also was willing to prescribe Parkinson’s doses of a dopamine agonist for RLS which could have caused augmentation and/or very severe conditions associated with high doses if you don’t have Parkinson’s.
