I love Dr Longwell, she is so compassionate, kind and has such a great bedside manner. Dr Longwell listens and takes her time. She’s AMAZING 😊
New physician for me after 33 years with another and I was hesitant in looking for a new one. Dr. Longfellow is wonderful! Listened and heard my expressed issues and sought more information about possible other concerns fron the visit. Very easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable and provided specific, understandable next steps to address health issues.
WARNING!! Do not take you family here. Super unprofessional and extremely dysfunctional office. Their staff has no common courtesy or respect for their patients.
I have been going to Dr Longwell for a couple of years. I booked my appointment 2 months ago. Once I got checked in for my appointment, I sat there for 35 minutes before asking the ladies up front what was going on. They checked and found out she was running behind 20 minutes. So I patiently waited. About 12 minutes later I got called up to the desk and was told the doctor wouldn’t see me, she didn’t have time for an annual appointment.
