Came to your lab earlier today to drop off a urine sample. The young man at the desk was busy texting on his phone and finally said to oh, can I help you. Told him I was dropping off the sample. I was then told by the lab technician she did not have the order. Had to go upstairs to the 3rd floor to get the order from the urologist. Got the order, came back the lab with the urine AND the same young man man was still texting and said to me "didn't I talk to you before".
