It is 3:07 p.m. on 9/23/2026. I called to get the lab results and the woman who answered from the lab was the rudest individual I've ever dealt with in my life. She works in the lab by the way. She just kept coming across all all sarcastic. I'm trying to get the results from my covid testing. She was having none of it. She says she can't give the results out over the phone even though I provided all the information she kept asking me for. She was just so indignant. At the end she ended up hanging up on me. I have been here a few times. Staff is very friendly and does a great job! They do not accept outside lab orders which is extremely unfortunate. You have to go to the hospital to have labs drawn there. Which is way across town. This is not easy for the elderly or handicapped. Please change this! This day and age they should have the capability of drawing outside labs there. This is the reason for 4 stars.
Elisha, Lab Manager, extremely helpful w information needed for lab test. She obtained the correct supplies that a South Denver lab did not give us.
As per the usual, Great staff, very efficient
