refused to see me for being 5 minutes too late. Did not care when I explained my situation and made no effort to help. Extremely inflexible and uncompassionate people
The staff at the front are not doing their job well. If we listened to them at the hospital rather than contacting our medical professionals my grandmother would’ve died only reason this has a star is because of the surgeons that saved her.

I went to the er at 11pm April 16th for a viral infection that was leaving me in a lot of pain, a 19 yo kid came in with a cut on his arm and was telling his gf over the phone that he crashed while drunk. They stitched him up and sent him out without a single mention of alcohol. When they proceeded to take another patient back who had barely been there for 10 minutes while I had been in the lobby for two hours I had enough.
