I want to say that Dr. Kevin Scott and the front office staff I have contact with have been wonderful. I have now seen him a few times. He was comforting and professional. The staff was understanding when I was running late. I am hard to please at times but they have been able to ease my fears and Dr. Scott helps to control my permanent nerve damage.
My experience with Dr. Scott has been the opposite of other reviewers. I'm truly sorry others had a bad experience. Mine has been good, for what that's worth. He's listened, been thorough, respectful, and patient with me. He explains things and seems sincerely interested in finding the cause or at least the optimum treatment for my issues.
Dr Scott was rude and unprofessional! He was demeaning and very aggressive! He called me a liar and insisted that I should take medications that other doctors told me NOT to take! He wouldn’t listen to me at all or even let me complete a sentence. It was physically draining to travel 126 miles to see him and it was the worst medical experience of my life! I left the office devastated and in tears.
