Dr Hickey makes you feel heard and is thorough in my appointments. I never feel rushed and she explains everything. She defers to other specialists outside of her area. I’m surprised by the low reviews. I do feel Europeans can be more direct, but it’s what I prefer.

I had a very pleasant and informative first visit with Dr Hickey. I look forward to working with her. She explained things, answered my questions. The clinic staff were very nice and welcoming - especially Joanna.
worst endocrinologist i have ever seen. horrible attitude. made me feel horrible every time i visited but refused to fill insulin prescriptions if i didnt see her every 3 months. impossible to schedule an appointment less than 6 months out.
I've never had a doctor do less to be helpful. She repeated a test from a previous doctor, and, despite my worsening symptoms and the reasons my primary doctor made the referral, did nothing else. She put a completely inaccurate statement about my history in the notes, which provides proof of how poorly she listened on top of my subjective experience that what I said was immaterial.
