I attempted to make an appointment and the person on the phone was BEYOND rude and condescending when explaining their policy. The policy was not the reason for this poor review it was the person who relayed this information to me. If this is how you treat someone before they even arrive or become a patient I do not want to know how you treat people later.

Dr Hickey makes you feel heard and is thorough in my appointments. I never feel rushed and she explains everything. She defers to other specialists outside of her area. I’m surprised by the low reviews. I do feel Europeans can be more direct, but it’s what I prefer.

I had a very pleasant and informative first visit with Dr Hickey. I look forward to working with her. She explained things, answered my questions. The clinic staff were very nice and welcoming - especially Joanna.
