I had a whipple procedure on December 2 with Dr Tierney. He was awesome. I felt like he took very good care of me. I wouldnt wanted any one else to do my surgery! I would recommend him. He is awesome
Going into my procedure I (we) knew it was going to be a challenge. Dr Tierney more than met that challenge, he exceeded all expectations in EVERY way. He is a remarkable surgeon with seemingly super human skills. Also, his communication skills are precisely to the point and easily understood in both professional and laymen’s terms. I have been extended a second chance because of he and his staff’s caring and “can do” commitment. Without a doubt I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Tierney.

Dr. Tierney is a skilled surgeon who postured himself to listen to me as I voiced questions and concerns in advance of hernia surgery. We were at an impasse, requiring resolution or I was not prepared to go forward with Dr Tierney as my surgeon. However, we worked together to bring a custom-fit resolution that was satisfactory for both of us. I highly recommend Dr. Tierney as a general surgeon.
