Smart, caring, amazing MD.
Dr. Davalos is fantastic! I ended up in the emergency room due to some heart issues. During my week's stay, he worked my issue very carefully and very thoroughly. It ended up being a combination of things that are kind of unusual. When he was in my room or performing a test, I could really see his brain spinning as we talked. I'm forever grateful, thankful and blessed that he was one of my drs. His PA is great and they make a great team.
Dr Davalos is a great doctor that seems to genuinely care about his patients. For example, he reduced the number of CT scans I take to reduce my lifetime radiation exposure and alternated them with Echo cardio grams. He clearly loves traveling with his family and seems to have a balanced view of life!
I’m posting this in my husband’s name after Dr Davalos, thankfully, saved his life! We had just returned from a trip abroad and he seemed fine…until 48 hours after we returned home. He had one artery 100% blocked and was having a heart attack although I failed at first to recognize the symptoms until the ER Dr at another facility informed me. He was rushed by ambulance to Memorial North where Dr Davalos performed the procedure of opening the artery and inserting a stent. I am so grateful Dr Davalos was on duty!!! The ICU sta... read more
