Dr. Kupfner is absolutely the worst physician I have ever been to. After my physician moved out of state, I was forced to find another Practioner. Dr. Kupfner was conveniently located in my office building and I had made an appointment to visit him. I've long suffered from PTSD and long-term physical and emotional abuse that is coupled with insomnia. John is the best provider. He listens to you and takes your opinions about your health into account. He's never pushy or rude. I never feel rushed. He always acts like you're the only patient he has. I love keeping him busy by referring anyone in need of primary care to him. I understand he has no control over my health insurance or the institution he works for and do not hold that against him when reviewing him as a provider.
