We have been charged over a thousand for a couple 15 minute appointments and blood work, and we are still getting surprise bills 6 months later.
Dr Holmes is very attentive, she actually listens and relates to what a person is going through. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and what to expect. I drove 45 minutes to meet here and would drive further for her care. I wasn't that impressed with the person who took me back to do my vitals she was rushy and pushy I am on a cane she could've slowed down and then she talked so fast maybe it was the end of her shift I don't know however she makes the practice look bad.
Great bedside manner by the professionals! I also had two med students join the visit. I thought it was done well with great attention to my privacy while also being a learning environment with some on the job training and tips for students soon to be in the field themselves.

My wife had an atrocious experience with Dr. Holmes today. She had a polyp removal procedure, during which she experienced considerable pain and discomfort. While squirming in distress, Dr. Holmes had the audacity to laugh. Afterwards, my wife asked for painkillers, a reasonable request given her experience and pain. Dr Holmes might as well be a textbook: she said "we don't do that for these procedures." Medicine should be personalized and compassionate, not color by numbers.
