Getting a return phone call to schedule an appointment is like pulling teeth. I have had a referral for nearly six weeks. I've called three times now and their new patient scheduler doesn't answer the phone regardless of time of day that you may call, and they don't return calls either. Dr Roesenburg had given me a facet injection a year ago. Since then I have been to the ER twice and urgent care centers a few times because of severe back pain since that injection. I have now been told by a Dr that cares about patients he had caused an edema and I am now on antibiotics for that procedure a year ago that he refused to address with me in his office face to face and never ran any test relevant to my issue.
