My elderly parents had to take an uber to get to their appointment to see Dr Levine for my mother’s RA, as she’s been his patient for two years. They got delayed; and since they are slow to move as my mother uses a walker, they got to her appointment 10 minutes late. The clinic refused to see them and cancelled my mother’s appointment. Disappointing. I tried to get an actual evaluation and initial consultation. The most assuming doctor I've ever met. He wouldn't even look at my soar throat because my suspected condition "doesn't exist anymore". A few days later I had to go see a real doctor to get proper treatment and better long term medication.

Rude and very unhelpful staff. I tried for 10 WEEKS to get an appt. No return calls and the Dr refused to see me. I had extensive notes and labwork proving I have RA, but I was brushed off over and over again. I'm looking for a new Dr. What a waste of time & energy that I didn't have to begin with. ZERO STARS.
