I went to UCHealth seeking mental health and cardiac intervention for AFib and tachycardia. At my appointment for the mental portion the provider told me there is no mental health help available due to waiting lists and instead prescribed a book to read. Very pleased with the care I received. Easy to talk to and explained the procedure.
Husband had an ablation performed by Dr. Gonzalez and, later, a "Watchman" put on the appendage in his heart, by him. Everything went well and he recovered quickly! This doctor listens patiently to your concerns, is always caring, pleasant and upbeat, and we thoroughly trust his judgement!
Dr. Gonzalez is very good at taking the time to explain my medical conditions. He is also very responsive to messaging using the UCHealth App
Had Dr Gonzalez perform surgery on me on April 25th 2018 to implant a pacemaker. Dr Gonzalez explained the procedure in full before the surgery including possible complications inherent to any surgery. After the procedure he was sure to be certain i knew what was to be expected of me to facilitate the healing process. I am very happy Dr Gonzalez performed my surgery. Nothing but some discomfort following the surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend the Dr to anyone requiring this type of procedure.
I saw Dr Gonzalez because my physician was concerned about my rapid heartbeat. He was great. He was very thorough in explaining my condition to me in a way could understand and actively listened to my concerns. He made some adjustments to my meds and scheduled me for heart monitoring. I never felt rushed. I honestly felt like he cared about me and my health and I really appreciated that. The entire staff was very professional.
