This is the best place! Everyone is happy, in good spirits, and treated us with respect and goodness. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered and everyone just seems lighthearted and really happy to be there. What a blessing!
I am so thankful to the team here who have been nothing but amazing. The surgical staff treated me like family. Dr. Dragoo is the kindness and most knowledgable surgeon. His team was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better Physical Therapist.I am so grateful to the entire staff. I got my life back I’m able to do things that I haven’t done in years. Would not recommend this place. They never return calls for referrals! Lost a patient over it! Poor customer service!
Pretty upset with communication after the surgery. My phone sent the call from the surgeon to voicemail, and that’s it, no chance to talk to surgeon. No call-back number or grave period. Phone tree took so long to traverse and get a human on the line that the surgeon wasn’t available anymore.
