I had a worst experience with this place. As new patient, I booked my appointment for physical and waited for more than 3 months but when time come to visit then they told you are a new patient so no physical for you in the first visit, it’s going to be just 15-20 minutes consultation. It was never told to me when I had booked my appointment at the first place by talking to their customer care.
