My primary care Dr is Dr Barker. He is the best I have had. He is very patient and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Barker and this facility. I recently needed to see Dr B. I've had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nowak. She is always attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in my well-being. Dr. Nowak takes time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. I leave feeling confident and cared for—something that’s increasingly rare in healthcare today. I needed a new PCP, and I’m so glad I came in! Everyone here was friendly and attentive.
This is only a review of the office staff. They will outright lie to you and blame you for things. Their office staff has canceled 2 appointments on me the day before (which happens and sucks due to my need to get in quick but isn't the real issue). The issue is when I call to reset the office staff blames me for them canceling saying it was actually me who canceled (though they called me to cancel). And wouldn't let me set another appointment until 6 months and claimed that is all they have but on the UCHEALTH portal there ... read more
