Wanted to see a specific doctor. I was told that they were not available, but after establishing with the clinic with a doctor, I could always change later. When I called to request a follow-up appointment with a different doctor, the clinic absolutely refused. Poor communication on their part. Very frustrating!
Dr Ong is a waste of time. Only reads notes and prescribes meds. If u need more time to fully heal and need refills he refers u back to the original dr even if things are going in the right direction. Back and forth game just to get antibiotics. Appointment after appointment running around taking time off work. Without antibiotics im in the ER within days. This place was extremely rude and canceled my appointment after being a few minutes late after driving an hour away. They have no compassion nor care for sick people. SHAME ON YOU!! may God be gentle with your KARMA!!!
