I had a very good experience with Dr. Magurla. She is a pleasant, excellent doctor. Dr. Magurla understood my concerns and medical needs and her treatment plan has been very helpful so far for an ongoing medical problem. The facility is clean, efficient and has a friendly staff.
Wanted to see a specific doctor. I was told that they were not available, but after establishing with the clinic with a doctor, I could always change later. When I called to request a follow-up appointment with a different doctor, the clinic absolutely refused. Poor communication on their part. Very frustrating!
Dr Ong is a waste of time. Only reads notes and prescribes meds. If u need more time to fully heal and need refills he refers u back to the original dr even if things are going in the right direction. Back and forth game just to get antibiotics. Appointment after appointment running around taking time off work. Without antibiotics im in the ER within days.
