Had an ultrasound appointment at this location. Arrived on time, checked in and was taken in a little past my appointment time. The youg lady proceeded with putting gel on my belly, and also generously on my pants. Did the ultrasound with very few words and when she was done, she took a rag and cleaned off her equipment. When she was done, she looked at me and handed me the used rag so I could clean myself off. Now this alone was bad but when I filled out the patient feedback, there was no response from the facility. The staff at the imaging department are so curious and helpful from the check-into the techs. I was treated so nicely and with such respect. It was an absolute pleasure to be here.
Everyone here is great! Patient warm helpful .Never a long wait time! Quick in & out every time!
