Had a CT scan with contrast, which requires inserting and removing an IV. Going in I informed the tech I had deep veins, so it’s hard to get an IV started. She said no problem, they’ve done a lot. Well, both the start and removal were the most painful ever experienced, and I’ve had several over the years. Wow! Never again at this place.

You have to call multiple times to schedule a simple imaging and you have to set aside at least 30 minutes for each phone call. It has been three weeks since my doctor put the order and I still don't have a date for my imaging which is required for a very serious condition.
If it would be possible to give negative stars, I would. They started off on the wrong foot when it took them 35 minutes after my appointment time to call me back for my MRI. Then, when the tech finally called me back she didn’t say a single word to me, and continued having a conversation with another tech right in front of me. Next, I had to take my Dexcom(CGM) out of my arm, which I wouldn’t have been mad about, if they told me I had to beforehand.
