The office staff was super helpful and caring.
My kids have had Dr. Issacson since they were newborns and she has always provided the best care.
Dr. Heather Isaacson was phenomenal. Excellent quality of care and connected with my son like he has been there since birth. Glad to have made the switch.
Dr. Isaacson is absolutely fantastic! She listens to us, gives us great information/feedback and does not push us to do anything. She's very professional and easy to talk to. She has taken great care of our son and I would recommend her to anyone!
We experienced some very unprofessional behavior at UC Health. Our pediatric experience has been brief, six months total. It felt like UC Health provides the bare minimum of care possible. They are constantly running late and appointments take about an hour and a half mostly due to waiting. The receptionists in pediatrics are not friendly.
