The worst customer service. I had an EKG scheduled days in advance and upon arrival was told the “referral team” was reviewing it. I sat for 45 minutes with no communication and no help. When I went back to the rude receptionist I was told this was waiting on insurance approval. I offered to show them approval letter from my insurance and was told no, only that I needed to sign a personal guarantee for payment. I went in for an echocardiogram and had a wonderful experience. Molly was the tech who did the ultrasound and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything we were looking at on the screen and was super knowledgeable on everything cardio related. My results were given to me through the portal the same day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Had a terrible experience here. Very poor bedside manner. Doctor Pinkhasova was extremely cold and just rude…didn’t take time to explain things to me-told me my results were okay but report shows signs of LVH…. The office itself (not the call center) is impossible to get hold of and when you do it’s all terrible communication…. Don’t even bother sending messages through the portal. Scheduled a stress echo based on a visit 1yr prior because I was still having chest pain/sensations. Waited 2 weeks to get in for it because I wanted to avoid the ER by any means necessary and the evening before they cancelled it on me stating it had been more than one year since I saw the Dr. It was 1yr and 1 week... no exaggeration. I wanted to get in while I was having symptoms and they instead wanted another $300 exam a week later before letting me get a simple test.
