Avoid at all costs if you take your Healthcare seriously. Ive never had an office make an appointment for me 3 separate times, only for me to arrive to the office and tell me I don't have an appointment all three times. Before the last mixup, I made an appointment with the receptionist physically in the office. She looked me in the eyes and told me the date and the time she just made for my appointment. Subpar at best. Delay delay delays. Does not understand their billing system. I paid my copay at time of service. They were unable to retrieve their payment from their system. So they turned me over to collections after telling them this for year. I provided collections the checking account ledger as proof I’ve provided proof in the UCHealth App to customer service today as well. Now here’s the GoogleReview of their incompetence Incompetent CrookedGrifter or Both only the billing department knows for sure

So this is my first experience with UC Health. As of now it is horrible and I hope it gets better. They sat on orders from my doctor for 3 weeks, no one ever reached to schedule my endoscopy/colonoscopy. I called them and they only had part of the orders. Had my doc re-fax that morning. Called later in the afternoon, the scheduler I spoke with said they didn't see the fax and to call back in 5 days, then he literally hung up on me. I called back spoke to a different rep and they found the fax. Now I have to wait another 2.5 ... read more

Ok so here’s the thing. Everyone at this clinic has been beyond kind when I’ve been in office. However, (1) they didn’t solve my issues and I felt dismissed and (2) the billing is an absolute nightmare. (1) I have been suffering new GI issues for the last 5-6 months and was looking forward to having a provider that wanted to help me solve them. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with everyone. Dr Austin was kind and patient and friendly; the anesthesiologist, CNRA, RN’s… everyone on the medical staff was great! The facility is spotless and comfortable and while I don’t look forward to another colonoscopy, I absolutely recommend scheduling here!
