Patient beware! I had an underwhelming experience with one of the doctors here, she was kind but unable to explain my options and her recommendations (benefits and risks). However, I'm giving them one star because afterwards I received a letter stating I was dismissed as a patient for yelling, profanity and aggressive behavior, which never happened. I am about 2 hours to 2 1/2 depending on traffic from this location. I had to wait for this appointment and I was in pain and uncomfortable. At 1030 as I'm driving I got a voice-mail from their office stating the Dr is out she was sick and it would be a video appointment. NO , you Do not dictate my schedule, the waste of gas and you don't TELL me you can ask to reschedule but you don't TELL ME and the voice-mail was not nice, The doctor was ill informed and really not interested in what was going on, now could have been my r... read more
Ok so here’s the thing. Everyone at this clinic has been beyond kind when I’ve been in office. However, (1) they didn’t solve my issues and I felt dismissed and (2) the billing is an absolute nightmare. (1) I have been suffering new GI issues for the last 5-6 months and was looking forward to having a provider that wanted to help me solve them.
