Don’t know why the reviews are so horrible and negative but I had a great experience. I suffer from having severe anxiety especially with anesthesia procedures. The team was very patient with me and very gentle and kind. Definitely were supportive and successful in calming me down and making it an overall great and successful procedure. I did have an upper endoscopy performed and the procedure its self was very easy and simple. I made an appointment on March 2nd to see Dr. Westhoff after receiving a referral from a separate doctor for abdominal pain. On May 13th (2.5 months after making my appointment), I received a message saying they were cancelling my appointment because I had a previous procedure done by a separate GI doctor. I have had no care outside of the procedure from this doctor. I messaged and called to explain the situation and the pain I was having and Dr. Westoff and her team still declined my appointment because of ‘office policy’. ... read more
This is a brand new building that is adjacent to the Highlands Ranch UCHealth hospital. Still ongoing construction when I went but most of the staff I encountered when I went for my MRI appeared knowlegable, helpful and friendly. I think that at least for a while, I may schedule any procedures or tests at this location.
Absolutely deplorable behavior from the office manager. With an appointment next week and just having been discharged from the hospital only because of the upcoming appointment, a staff member called me to tell me that the providers won’t see patients who have had diagnostics performed somewhere else… I very clearly expressed how desperate I was for this appointment and spoken to so rudely by the office manager.
