Absolutely deplorable behavior from the office manager. With an appointment next week and just having been discharged from the hospital only because of the upcoming appointment, a staff member called me to tell me that the providers won’t see patients who have had diagnostics performed somewhere else… I very clearly expressed how desperate I was for this appointment and spoken to so rudely by the office manager. Really poor service
Patient beware! I had an underwhelming experience with one of the doctors here, she was kind but unable to explain my options and her recommendations (benefits and risks). However, I'm giving them one star because afterwards I received a letter stating I was dismissed as a patient for yelling, profanity and aggressive behavior, which never happened. I definitely stated that I felt I received more helpful information from webMD, so if that is aggressive I guess guilty. But also factual. This is particularly disappointing as I... read more
Had my first visit with PA Emily Milligan today and she was absolutely incredible. Very kind, informative, sensitive and empathetic to my issues. Highly recommend her to anyone! Thanks for all you do Emily and I look forward to working with you in the future!
I am about 2 hours to 2 1/2 depending on traffic from this location. I had to wait for this appointment and I was in pain and uncomfortable. At 1030 as I'm driving I got a voice-mail from their office stating the Dr is out she was sick and it would be a video appointment. NO , you Do not dictate my schedule, the waste of gas and you don't TELL me you can ask to reschedule but you don't TELL ME and the voice-mail was not nice, The doctor was ill informed and really not interested in what was going on, now could have been my r... read more
