I have never been to a doctor's office this poor. All I can say is it was clean and looked nice. Doctor Javaid's treatment of myself and my husband was mediocre, at best, and his office lost ten years of our combined doctor's records from my previous provider, which we had in physical form, because our doctor had closed his office. Javaid's office was accusatory toward me, saying they don't take physical records and asking who I gave them to, as if I were lying. My personal experience with Dr Javaid is very good. He is professional, personable, intelligent and an excellent Dr. who takes the time to listen. In my and my husband's experience Dr. Javid provides excellent care while being easy to talk to. He and his office provide quick and helpful responses when I reach out using Messages on UC Health web site. I was followed by Dr. Farrukh Javaid after my wonderful primary care physician, Dr. Robert Tanabe, retired. The difference in care was staggering! I came to Dr. Farrukh with a strong family history of thyroid disease and my own high cholesterol levels that did not match my diet or habits (the exact same pattern that preceded my mother's thyroid disfunction diagnosis when she was my age).
