I was told one price by Receptionist & Nurse. Then Doctor told me another price. VERY disappointed.
Everything went extremely well, and I am very happy with my experience
Dr. Winkler is sensitive, personable, and competent in his field. I have no hesitation recommending him to others in need of corrective facial surgery. If I were to complain about anything (and I'm NOT complaining) it would be the time it takes to get a response to non-urgent email questions on the UC Health website. This is my problem, not theirs, because I HATE talking on the phone so I only email when I have questions. If I needed a really fast response, I would call. The staff was very competent, professional and caring. They made me feel very comfortable and that I was in good hands. Dr. Andrew Winkler was excellent. He listened to and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel like a person, not a number. I genuinely liked him and feel that I am in excellent hands for my upcoming surgery.
