Finding Dr. Stewart was life-changing for my migraines. After years of struggling, she took the time to listen to me and truly understood my symptoms, developing a treatment plan that gave me significant relief. She is incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping her patients. The office staff is also wonderful - efficient, kind, and always helpful. Five stars are not enough!
Have been calling to schedule an emg test. Receptionists are not helpful at all. My insurance is a ppo does not require referrals but this facility requires one and their fax service does not receive faxes. The worse thing about it all is that if you were to get a referral to them it will take the doctor 30days to review and schedule your appt. RIDICULOUS!
Dr Erin Stewart is top notch! Very caring and passionate about her specialty of Neurology. She is very attentive and strives to exceed my expectations every time I see her!! I send her messages via the UC health portal and she gets back to me quickly. Extremely happy camper!!
Dr. Stewart is one of the worst doctors I've ever had. I wish I could give 0 stars. I'd had a migraine going on 5 months that obviously isn't very concerning to her and today I get a denial from insurance on a medication I take requesting documentation from the provider. However, they failed to send to form. I don't believe I need to call the provider at this point. I'm sick of dealing with Dr. Stewart. I'll be looking for a new doctor.
Dr Stewart exceeded all my expectations. She sent personalized messages interpreting my results within hours of having my tests done. I am grateful!
