Walked in to have my index finger drained. My index finger has been swollen, painful and filled with fluid for about a month. The antibiotic and ointment that was prescribed by PSFB didn't heal my finger ( made it feel better). The prescribing doctor from PSFB told me after I finish the meds, if my finger didn't get better to go into the emergency room or urgent care for the drain. Went there last night because my blood pressure super duper high and I was not feeling well at all. They ran tests and told me to just check my portal for the results. They never came in and talked to me about my irregular results. When I showed them the portal on my phone and asked what on earth my irregular results meant they simply said “ could just be cause your sick”.. but gave 0 explanation or guidance. I left the ER still feeling horrible, like I wasn’t listened to..

Do not go here during flu season if you are sick. They will not test or treat you. Only tell you to stay hydrated and offer nose spray. Bad business especially if you have a high co-pay for ER. See your primary or an urgent care if you need a doctor’s note.
