Went in because need help with strep throat. Long story short they charged me over $5000 for a painkiller prescription and a shot. They will not discount the bill. Nobody has any help through their programs do not recommend.
Quick, friendly & caring staff. Always solved whatever is ailing my family. How an ER should be run! Took our concerns seriously & solved them immediately!
Do the care providers just hate working for UCHealth? I went in because my specialist said if you start feeling a certain way please go to the ER. So I did and told them my history. They did a couple of tests (one of which was already ordered from the specialist, scheduled 2 weeks out). They did a shift change after we had been there 3 1/2 hours. This Emergency Department is Excellent! I was treated with respect from time I got there, till the time I left. They listen to you and addressed my issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
