From my two experiences at this place: - First time I went here I got a surprise bill in my email 2 months after service from "emergency medical specialists" for services they didnt actually do - Second time I went here they didnt even send me an email, or a bill in my mail, but 5 months later they kicked it directly to a collections agency Wildly incompetent

I came in with a bleeding finger that I had cut on a rusty blade. The treatment I received for that was minimal — I was given gauze to wrap it myself, but there was no thorough cleaning, evaluation, or additional care provided. In addition to the cut, I explained that I had been experiencing concerning symptoms, including jolts, fainting episodes, and unexplained weight loss. Went in because I was concerned about my high blood pressure. Doctor was dismissive asking why was I there to check my blood pressure late at night and said the reason my blood pressure was high was because I “kept checking it”.

I brought my 8-year-old child in for flu symptoms, and our experience with Dr. Eric Wu was very disappointing. From the beginning, his demeanor felt rushed and dismissive. As a parent, I was concerned about my child’s fever, body aches, and overall condition, but it seemed like our concerns were not taken seriously.
