I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am absolutely disgusted about how they treated my grandma when she went in today. Not only did they make her feel less that a human, they lied on all her paper work. She went in with her spinal cord pinched in 3 different places, which is a medical emergency because it causes paralysis, and they brushed her off like she was nothing. They couldn't even have the decency to give her a room. She is in unbearable pain and they sent her away with no concern.

I’m a patient with multiple chronic illnesses that I was born with so because sometimes I’m treated differently and as a drug seeker I don’t run to the hospital until it’s so bad that I can’t handle it anymore at home.. Well December 24th. I started vomiting at 1pm finally at 4:15 am December 25th I gave up and went to the hospital and I have to say that I was treated so well and with respect from triage, nurses, IV team, doctors and tech.. Mary Ann was my nurse. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient. Such a nice person. Tom was my PA, and he was very thorough and kind. Overall a really great experience.
