Severe food poisoning, went in because I could not keep liquids down and was very dehydrated. Staff was so kind and got me treated very quickly with fluids and zofran. They were slammed so I had to have my IV in the waiting room which was perfectly fine. Under 2 hrs for an ER visit is excellent in my opinion! And I’m feeling so much better!
Horrible experience. Doctor did NOT care about my well-being and was a total jerk. Why did this guy even become a doctor? Clearly not to help people.
this place is a mess currently! Wait times are so bad in the emergency room. When you finally get called in they do the normal routine checks and then they send you back out to the waiting room to wait for your answers because it is so full and also it’s kinda odd that they have all these patients in the waiting room and they come out and talk about your stuff in front of other people it’s not private at all. Had a UA culture test positive for a resistant strain and ER doctor wanted to prescribe an oral medication not on the susceptibility list through the culture and not recommended to give per professional research articles. He said it was because all the others were IV administration. Well golly gee, I guess I don’t deserve real care.
